These terms apply whenever you use or shop on Shoppaton Store. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.
1. Who we are
Shoppaton Store is an online skincare retailer operating from Lagos, Nigeria. We sell authentic skincare products and deliver nationwide. You can reach us anytime at buy@shoppatonstore.com or on 0706 955 1026.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received through Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include the product cost only; delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen courier. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error.
3. Delivery
We dispatch orders through GIG Logistics, DHL and trusted local riders. Lagos orders are usually dispatched the same working day, and other states within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays. Once an order is handed to a courier we will share the tracking reference with you.
4. Returns and refunds
Because skincare is a hygiene sensitive category, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
All complaints must be supported by clear photo or video evidence of the issue, taken at the point of delivery where possible. Refunds or replacements are not provided where no concrete evidence of the problem exists. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
5. Product information
We do our best to describe every product accurately, including ingredients and directions for use. Skincare results vary from person to person, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always patch test new products and consult a professional if you have a skin condition or a known allergy.
6. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your login. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing buy@shoppatonstore.com.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
