How Shoppaton Store handles your personal information.

1. What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also keep a record of the products you buy and how you paid, so we can fulfil and support your order.

2. Payments

Card and bank payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Paystack handles the payment securely and sends us a confirmation reference.

3. How we use your information

We use your details to process orders, arrange delivery, send receipts, answer support messages and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share delivery details with our couriers (GIG Logistics, DHL or local riders) so they can deliver your package. Payment data is handled by Paystack. We may also share information if required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing buy@shoppatonstore.com.
